    Does this mean owners will be paying a separate bill of $200 each year for water and it is no longer included in our taxes?

      On the home page of the web site under new & updates is the ordnance. The bills will be going out in June and Due July 1st

    I’m not sure I understand the total increase to the homeowner. Can you explain if the $200 annual fee for the water ordinance is part of the dues increase, or is it in addition to the proposed $200 annual increase in dues? Thank you.

    My water bill says that I can pay online. How do I do this.? Phone payments via credit card are subject to a convenience fee. I’m assuming paying online avoids this? But how do I do it?

      We are working on getting the on line payment option working. Paying on line you will still pay the processing fee. The only way to avoid paying the fee is to either mail in a check or pay in person.

      We are working on getting the on line payment option working, you can mail in a check, pay in person or call the rec center and pay over the phone.
