Homeowner Association Board of Directors
The Waterville Estates Association (WEA) Board of Directors consists of 9 homeowner members. The Directors serve a 3 year term with three member seats up for election at the end of each year. The Board consists of 4 officers, nominated and elected by the 9 member Board at each election cycle.
The current WEA Board of Directors are listed below.
Board Meetings:
- Public Board meetings are held quarterly at the Community Center and online via Zoom
- January (annual meeting) – last Sunday of the month
- April – first Saturday (04/06/2024)
- July – second Saturday (07/13/2024)
- October – third Saturday (08.19/2024)
- Director Board meetings are held monthly, between quarterly meetings.
