Homeowner Association Board of Directors

The  Waterville Estates Association (WEA) Board of Directors consists of 9 homeowner members.  The Directors serve a 3 year term with three member seats up for election at the end of each year.  The Board consists of 4 officers, nominated and elected by the 9 member Board at each election cycle.

The current WEA Board of Directors are listed below.

Board Meetings:

• Public Board meetings are held quarterly at the Community Center and online via Zoom
  • January (annual meeting) – last Sunday of the month
  • April – first Saturday (04/06/2024)
  • July – second Saturday (07/13/2024)
  • October – third Saturday (08.19/2024)
• Director Board meetings are held monthly, between quarterly meetings.

Meeting dates and times to be published via TownSquare.  Please insure you are registered in TownSquare to receive notifications. Please call in advance for any last minute changes 603-726-3082.

If you would like to get on a meeting agenda, please email [email protected] a brief description of what you would like the Board to review and place on the next agenda. Notification required at least ten days prior to a scheduled meeting if you wish to be placed on the next agenda.
