Don't Just Buy a Home, Own a Community

When you buy a property at Waterville Estates, your investment includes ownership of millions of dollars worth of communal property.

In this portal, you will find an abundance of information pertaining to Waterville Estates Association, including copies of the Bylaws, the Restrictions, Easements, and Covenants (RECs) and the Rules and Regulations of the Community Center and Common Property and much more!

If you have not already, we encourage you to sign up in TownSquare, our owner resource for all things Waterville Estates. This service is available to all Waterville Estates Association (WEA) members and keeps you informed of important news, updates, and upcoming events. Your Evergreen Account Number is required to register, contact the Front Desk at 603-726-3082 for assistance.

If you wish to receive US mail for your Waterville Estates address, you will need to contact the US Post Office in Campton NH, conveniently located off route 49 on 11 Southmayd Road.  Inquire at the Post Office about a PO Box located here at the Waterville Estates Community Center for your address.  If a box is available, a key and box # will be issued and your mail will be delivered to your box at the Community Center. If a box is not available, please know, we are expanding the PO Boxes to insure everyone that wants a box will have one.  In some cases, special delivery packages from the post office will be held at the Post Office.

As a WvE Homeowner, you are entitled to photo ID family member passes, which may be acquired at the Front Desk. You can find detailed information about our pass policy in this website.

We are always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, and we welcome your comments and suggestions. Our goal is to keep you thrilled with your decision to purchase your primary home or vacation getaway in the Estates, and we look forward to meeting you and your family!

Sincerely,
Waterville Estates Association
