Membership Dues, Payments & Access Passes
Homeowner Association Dues
Waterville Estates Association (WEA) membership dues are paid yearly in the month of June. Each year a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) is applied based on the inflation rate used by the Social Security Administration.
2024 Dues: $900.49
WEA has contracted with Evergreen Management Group to administer the billing and collection of the annual dues, as well as general administrative management. Bills will be emailed and mailed via US Mail by Evergreen in May of each year. Along with the annual dues billing, you will receive updated membership pass policy documents and application forms. You can check your current membership account balance online via TownSq.
Association dues are used to pay for community recreation as defined by the Recreation Management Agreement (RMA) and a portion is used to provide administrative support as defined by the Bylaws and Restrictions, Easements and Covenants (RECs) available on the Rules, Regulations & Bylaws page under the Ownership Portal.
Homeowner Membership Passes
Membership Passes are used for admittance to all amenities at the Community Center complex. All passes are effective for one year from July 1 to June 30th, and must be renewed each year. Each pass has a processing fee associated. Guest Passes and Public Passes are available for purchase.
Homeowner Picture Pass holders (yellow card) are eligible for the homeowner discount. Show your pass when purchasing items at the Community Center and Campton Mountain Ski Lodge.

You must be in good standing with the Association, no past due account balance and no membership suspensions, for the passes to be effective. It is important to review the Rules & Regulations and Code of Conduct on the Rules, Regulations and Bylaws page to insure your passes stay active.

- Blue – Homeowner Youth Picture Pass (the picture is on file and displays at front desk during check-in, permits holder free, plus 2 free guests)
- Green – Homeowner Guest Pass (permits holder plus free, plus unlimited guests with purchased day passes)
- Purple – Homeowner Voucher Pass (permits holder free, plus 4 guests with purchased day passes)
- Red – Public Guest Pass (permits holder plus 4 guests with purchased day passes)
