Nominations of Candidates for Election to the Board of Directors
Fellow Homeowners,
As the Chairperson for the election committee, I am reminding you that election season is upon us and as is the case every year, there will be three Board of Director (BOD) seats open for election.
Attached is the nomination form and instructions for candidates. If you are interested in running, the BOD is always looking for positive thinking members who can contribute to the success of this great community.
Both full time and part time resident homeowners are eligible to run. Nomination forms are due by November 26.
Please note that the BOD’s primary function is to enforce the association bylaws, oversee the Capital Improvement Fund (“CIF”) and building permitting, as well as work directly with the WEVD commissioners and GM to help enhance your experience at Waterville Estates.
