It’s that time of year for Association Dues and Admittance Pass Renewal letters.
A mailing will be sent out this week (April 23rd) to all owners by Evergreen Management Group, and emailed as well. It will contain an invoice for Association annual dues and Admittance Pass renewal information. Please look for them and read carefully. Your Association dues are used to run the Waterville Estates Homeowner Association and fund all forms of recreation at the Community Center. The Dues payment is due on June 1st. Please help avoid pass renewal challenges and headaches by paying on-time.
Here’s a summary of changes for 2025:
- Dues: a 2.5% COLA increase of $22.51, for a new annual dues amount of $923.00
- At the April 12, 2025 Board of Directors Quarterly meeting, the following Owner Admittance Policy changes were approved:
- Pass Processing fee was raised $5, from $5 to $10 per card
- Guest Pass fee was raised $50, from $500 to $550 per year
Although no-one wants to see fees increased, the BOD reluctantly approved the changes to fund much needed management support for Association responsibilities as outlined in the By-Laws and Restrictions, Easements and Covenants documents.
