Please remind me of the new rules and practicies with regard to owners and passes. I have grown children and grandchildren. How do they get to use the facilities when I am not with them?

You will add them to your renewal form and pay for their passed or have them pay when they pick them up. please call the front desk and they can answer any of your questions
You have to own or rent within Waterville Estates. If you are renting with in Waterville Estates you will have to have a guest pass to be able to purchase a day pass
