From: Waterville Estates Village District Commissioners
Subject: A Message to Our Neighbors
Greetings,
We just wanted to take this opportunity to reach out and give you an update as to your Waterville Estates Village District.
We want to make sure you know that we, (Our Management, Essential Employees, and WEVD Commissioners) are here. We are persevering, in very uncertain times, but we are here and, if we can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Our infrastructure is sound (Water, Roads, etc, are in good hands). There are emergency plans in place, mandated by the State to address potential situations that may arise.
We are following State and Federal guidelines with respect to our Employees and our Facilities. We will continue to monitor the situation and act accordingly. To that end we want to ask you to follow the Governor’s guidelines. If you are coming from out-of-state or if you are renting to people who are from out-of-state and staying for an extended period please bring enough supplies so you can self quarantine for 14 days. This is what is going to help reduce the spread of the virus. We are discouraging short term visits and short term rentals if at all possible. This request is consistent with Federal and State guidelines. and for everyone’s safety please adhere to them.
If we take this seriously we can flatten the curve and get this behind us much sooner, so please follow these guidelines to keep our Community safe.
We would like to wish the entire Waterville Estates Community the best of health. We will get through this crisis and will work to bring life back to normal, as soon as we can.
Sincerely,
Waterville Estates Village District Commissioners
